Neurodiversity Screening Tools
Our screening tools are designed to help schools and families better understand pupils who may display neurodiverse traits.
These tools are not diagnostic but act as early screening instruments to identify traits and guide further investigation or support.
What We Screen For
- ADHD – Hyperactivity
- ADHD – Attention Deficit
- ADHD – Overall
- ODD – Oppositional Defiant Disorder
- AQ-10 – Autism Quotient (short version)
Screening Tools, Not Diagnostics
These tools do not provide a formal diagnosis. They are intended to highlight traits that may warrant further assessment or professional referral. Schools and families can use the results to better understand behaviours and consider appropriate support or next steps.
Multi-Perspective Feedback
We offer each screening tool in four versions to provide a well-rounded understanding:
- Self-assessment – completed by the pupil (if age-appropriate)
- 360 Parent/Carer assessment – insights from home
- 360 Professional/Teacher assessment – insights from school
Reporting and Analysis
Our analysis compares responses from all contributors, highlighting similarities and differences in perspectives. This comparison can help schools understand behavioural contexts and target support more effectively.
Each report includes:
- Scores for each area (e.g., attention, hyperactivity, social communication)
- Differences across contributor types (e.g., self vs. teacher vs. parent)
- Clear summaries to aid understanding and decision-making
Supporting Early Intervention
Early identification of traits can lead to earlier support. These tools empower schools and families to take action and support the needs of neurodiverse learners, even before formal diagnoses are available.
